LAWRENCE, KS — Chris Mann’s campaign for Kansas Attorney General filed another record-breaking fundraising report today, raising nearly $800,000 during the 2026 pre-primary reporting period, bringing the campaign’s total fundraising to $1,324,188 for the cycle.
Mann outraised his opponent, Kris Kobach, by more than four to one, and ended the reporting period with more cash on hand.
Of the contributions received this cycle, 83% have come from Kansans, demonstrating incredible momentum for Mann’s campaign, fueled by broad grassroots support across Kansas.
“Chris’ record-breaking fundraising signals the strong support he has from folks in every corner of this state. With nearly $800,000 raised this year, a total of $1,324,188 raised since launching his campaign, and 83% of contributions coming from Kansans, it is clear that folks across Kansas are ready to kick Kris Kobach out of office,” Leah Rymer, a spokesperson for the campaign, said.
“The general election is less than 100 days away, and Chris Mann is ready to win this race and put the Attorney General’s office back to work for the people of Kansas,” Rymer said.
A former police officer and prosecutor, Mann is running to refocus the Attorney General’s office on public safety and service, not partisan politics. With a record-breaking fundraising effort and broad coalition of supporters across Kansas, the campaign enters the final stretch before November in a strong position to compete statewide.
